Either <strong>download the fillable PDF form<\/strong> (Prefered method) above&nbsp;or pick up printed forms from the blue envelope in the Club&#8217;s box at the Visitor&#8217;s Centre. (Email the completed PDF form to  <a href=\"mailto:info.ssntc@gmail.com\">info.sstnc@gmail.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit completed forms and fee payments in any of these ways: \n<ul>\n<li>e-Transfer to the email address  <a href=\"mailto:info.ssntc@gmail.com\">info.sstnc@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mail the form and cheque to the &#8220;Membership Secretary, SSTNC, PO Box 203, Salt Spring Island, B.C.
